This is a chef de cuisine position for Blue Duck Tavern. Blue Duck Tavern has been recognized by Michelin consistently since 2017 and “One of the top restaurants in Washington, D.C.” by the Washington Post, Washingtonian and Zagat. “Recommended ” by Forbes 2021.
The goal of the Chef de Cuisine is to manage a specific restaurant. The Chef de Cuisine will take council from the Director of culinary operations to create, implement menu and concepts but the position is designed so that individuals will work in a manner that is consistent as that of an independent owner/operator. The Chef de Cuisine must have Michelin level experience.
