Position Summary: Assists the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef in all food outlets and banquet events for the club. Supervising all back-of-the-house employees, from cooks to stewards.   Essential Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   Supervising all cooks and having knowledge of their day-to-day functions. Assists in employee training and development to the full potential of each employee. Creates menus and ensures proper execution. Prepares or directly supervises kitchen staff responsible for the daily preparation of soups, sauces, menu items and specials t
